Collard greens are easy to grow, easy to harvest, and delicious to eat, no matter what time of year. Their 10" inch long, broad leaves can be blanched and frozen for winter, or harvested after a light frost, making these a favorite at the Thanksgiving table.
Here is a traditional method for preparing them, using turkey or chicken broth that sounds really good!
