My ten year old daughter particularly enjoys radishes, and she went out this morning and gathered just a few for us to have as a snack. She loves to slice them and salt them, so she prepared them that way for us. She took pictures to send to a couple family members, and I thought they might be fun to share here. I don’t really think this needs a thread devoted to radishes. The plants are a mix of seeds from Sand Hill Preservation so I can’t speak to particular varieties. I thought, therefore, that I’d just start a thread where we could share garden and produce photos that didn’t necessarily have a place in other threads on the forum.

Please tell your daughter that she has done a fine job, those look scrumptious...

I have used radishes as a low carb substitute for potatoes. Slice them and fry in olive oil. Some sliced/diced onion added while frying too. No, they don’t have quite the taste of potatoes, but they taste pretty good.
