I had a chat with Bill several years ago, after one of his lectures. His knowledge runs deep, as they say. That man has forgotten more about beans than I'll ever know. Fascinating fella. And his wife's tomato, Margaret's Yellow Tommy Toe, is one of my favorites. I grow it every year.

Very informative and highly interesting video. Thanks, for posting that Hmoosek. Much appreciated! I shared it with a few young people who are just getting started. I enjoyed watching that, it brought back a lot of great memories of picking beans with my Grandma Fannie, my Mom, my Aunt Ida, Aunt Mandie, Aunt Sarah, and Uncle Jeff. We canned about a hundred quarts every Summer.
