Jack E. Rice of Laurinburg, NC: anyone know him?

This is a long shot but I'm trying to recover seeds and conversations with folks who may have met or been linked to my father, Jack Rice, of Laurinburg, North Carolina. He passed away in 2017 and am trying to find seeds to plant to continue his legacy and speak with anyone who knew him/knew of him in hopes to find more out there. I was so gracious to find George from this forum, who will be sending me some Calico Willow Leaf Pole Bean Lima seeds in hopes to grow them again. Any info or leads would be most helpful.

Jen's dad was the original source for Calico Willow Leaf Pole Lima. She's hoping to recover some of the varieties he used to grow and maintain more of his legacy. Calico Willow Leaf will be a pretty good start!
