Greetings folks! I wanna address varieties being grown in the 1830s in the Trail Of Tears era and in the Midwest after they left the south. I only got a Trail Of Tear bean, Trail Of Tear white corn, yellow tomato, and few others, but don't know the rest to help create a stronger 1830s garden next year. The other ones I know originally from the Midwest were squaw corn and Cherokee-Potawatomi bean, not much else. If there's somebody out there who's growing or has leftover seed of that bean. Let me know. I'm also looking for garlic and okra, as well as the Cherokee strain of Moon and Star watermelon to help begin strong. If anybody has anything to add, please share. Thanks!
