I have to change my tablet's browser mode from mobile to desktop to get the reply button on the right.
I follow the image instructions, the picture appears to upload, and then an empty reply box in mobile mode comes up. No way to get back. I'm using Firefox, is that an issue?

amyinowasso , I'm pretty sure you have thought about trying this, but I'll ask anyway. Have you tried a different browser, or is that even possible on your tablet? I use a laptop, I've never had a tablet. I use Google Chrome on Windows 11, and amazingly it has worked fine for photos.
I use imgBB, and Postimages.
With imgBB, I copy the BBCode thumbnail linked from the imgBB site, then paste it into the post I am creating here on the forum.
With Postimages, I click the "Insert Image" button in the menu above, then paste the "Direct Link" from the Postimages site, into the box that the "Insert Image" puts on the screen while composing my post here on the forum.
You probably already knew all that, but that is what works for me. I have zero experience with a tablet, or Firefox, on this forum, so everything I just posted may be of no help at all...

My tablets are android based, like a phone. I stopped using chrome because it was interfering with another forum I'm on. I'll try a different browser.

Alright, I hope that fixes the problem. I've seen some other members post pictures from a mobile, but I don't know if they are Android...

I think I've got it. Can one edit a post after creation? Bet that's a desktop thing too. I used to be able to access proboards through tap talk apparently that's not the case any more? Testing edit in desktop mode.

Yes, I can edit a post after it is created here on the forum on my laptop. Maybe you cannot on a tablet though.
On personal messages, I don't think there is a way to edit those after creating them.
But anyway, your beans look great in the photo you posted...

Ha, the left side was volunteer whippoorwill peas. The right side was a pole beans, I think Cherokee Trail of Tears, but it's been couple of years. There was a volunteer long bean on the right that I marked.

Amyinowasso,
The photo you posted came out just fine. Thank you, for posting that. We enjoy your contributions.
In reply to another question asked earlier: Yes, you can edit a post after its creation, by tapping the 'Edit' button in the upper right corner of your post. You can also tap the 'reply' button in the upper right corner as you are still actively typing your post. That will allow you to change the size of the font if you are visually impaired, (as I am) so that you can more readily see what you are typing, as you type it. That also allows you to add photos, links, and many other things as you go along.
When you are finished with your post, you just tap the 'Create Post' button in the lower right corner and it goes 'live'.
After that, you can still edit the post to put captions beside photos, ect., for quite some time to come, although, there might be a limit on how many months after a post is made that option is still available? I'm not sure about that, because as a staff member, my options are a bit different than than others.
I hope this was of some help, as I am basically computer illiterate and am lucky if I ever figure out half of the options available to us here. I'm still learning as I go, and have been a member here since 2013. You might say, "I'm a slow learner." I still mess things up periodically.
All the best, Ron

Thanks Ron, my problem has been in maintaining the page in desk top mode, as the upper right "reply" and all the editing buttons are missing in the mobile version. I was able to edit fine, but uploading pictures glitched for me. The work-around is postimages.com.
