I'll have to do some research. Haven't tried to save parsley seed since around 1989. If they all do cross, I suspect you can only realistically do one a year. They may require cold weather to flower and set seed.
The seed probably only lasts 2 years at room temperature. This is just my guess. But you could probably manage one of these crops a year and save seed, frozen, so that you have all of them at all times.
