This isn't completely applicable to the Oklahoma/Southern/Western region on the United States. But there is much useful information here, especially for anyone who wishes to help people in other parts of the world. My family and I faced a number of these issues when we served in Mexico. ECHO is a super fantastic organization and a wonderful resource for those who go overseas and serve in the agricultural realm. For many years I received their bulletins and read them avidly.
