Anyone else use promix for seed starting? I used it last year and really like it. I grew some of my best starts ever last year so I'm trying to replicate everything I did.
I got it at walmart last spring but they don't seem to have it at any of the local walmarts. I found it at walmart online but it was delivery only. I bought a couple of bags. Not sure how they can ship four cubic feet of this stuff for 5.99 but that's what walmart charged. It's supposed to be here on the ninth. I'll probably start some pepper seeds when it comes in and then start in on my tomatoes a couple weeks later.

I've used ProMix BX for years - great stuff. I had been buying it from a local garden center, but it changed hands and the new owner wouldn't sell it to the public, which is kinda a head-scratcher. Then one dad I was at the local farm co-op and I happened to see it stacked in the warehouse. I had no idea they carried it. I've been buying it there ever since.
