Here's a link to a website that may be useful, I'm making more of an effort to grow as much of the animals feed as I can, not sure if the link will work but it can be copied & pasted. feedipedia.org/This year I grew predominantly winter squash & sweet potatoes for feed (along with hay). We ensiled the sweet potato vines as well, the rabbits like the fresh vine but don't care for vine silage, the goats like the silage. Next year I'm hoping to add more perennial sources that require less input/labor from us. I've planted Bocking 14 Comfrey, Apios americana (groundnut) and hope to add Jerusalem Artichoke.
