Hey folks! We will have the February meeting of Green Country Seed Savers on Sunday, the 21st, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, at Napolis Italian Restaurant. (901 S Muskogee Ave Tahlequah, OK 74464) Shortly after this will be time to start tomato and pepper plants from seed. So I'm sure that a number of us will bring seed to share. I will probably also bring some Sunchoke roots to share. This is a really hardy, prolific crop. My family has eaten quite a few of them this winter, cooked like potatoes in various stews and soups.

Anyone who is a member of this forum, but who lives too far away to come to a physical meeting, should feel free to ask, and I would be happy to mail a couple roots for the cost of postage plus $1, to cover my materials.
Anyway, anyone who can come out, and who would like to bring something in particular, to share, post here and let us know!
George
