This is a variety devloped at my alma mater (NMSU). They call it, 'Trick or Treat'. This will be my first time growing it. I have 2 small seedlings; I certainly hope it is truly sweet, heat-free. I greatly enjoy the flavors of most all chile, even if it, with or without heat, causes me severe gastric distress. I will gladly eat some, from time to time, as long as the upset doesn't last too long or become too severe.
