Apparently this is the usual species of dandelion, Taraxacum officinale, though this strain derives from France, apparently. From Baker Creek -->
These too are still just tiny seedlings, so far.

I understand that this variety, was developed for producing edible foliage. So the seller doesn't even mention flower color, but, since it is the same species as our usual yellow flowered type, that's what color I'm expecting.
Since this was created by the French, it wouldn't be uncharacteristic for a French panache; to see flowers of a vivid orange - huh. That would be nice.

I planted these out into 6 inch, blue plstic pots - four pots, but each cell has at least two plants, so they're community pots.
