Good morning folks! I've just harvested some Striped Maycock squash from William Woys Weaver from Roughwood seed and Menominee squash from a couple of other sources, as well as green striped cushaw. I wanna find out how I make my soups more authentic Native American style without all the meat, oil or salt for more nutritional and healthier tastes. I had some cushaw soup and pie before a couple of years ago. If y'all found any recipes and stuff, please let me know. Take care.
