I was at the super-market today and bought these 2 SWEET chili's. I rummaged thru the bin and found them. I paid 12 cents for the pair. I am going to plant a couple of these and then send the rest of the seed to Ron. The photo shows the 2 sweet chili's on the left and 2 scorchers on the right. The 2 on the right are Purple Thunder. I put the purple thunder in the photo for comparison purposes. Ron, we are counting on you to plant a couple of these sweet chinense peppers. It'll be fun.

Actually the ones on the left are very slightly spicy. Which for me is a bonus. I planted some today to see how they do. They are very attractive peppers. The peppery smell and taste plus the slight heat profile makes them a good candidate for Bon. Excellent kitchen peppers. These peppers look fierce, just like the Purple Thunder peppers. However, Purple Thunder will burn you up. No joke. I would say that these sweet peppers have less heat then Tam Jalepeno so they are still considered sweet.
