I am so sad. I came across this and was so excited to get seeds then found out you are not taking any more orders. Can't you please scrape together 10 15 seeds? I would gladly pay $1 a seed plus postage. drbboyd @ gmail .com

I keep thinking of the crazy prices that ammo brings these days and wonder what one of my baker creek packs of HH would bring on eBay. LoL
I don't know. Even if it went crazy like a hundred bucks or something I might regret not planting it later.

Plant some HH and have a nearly endless supply of biodegradeable okra-based shot Itll be a hit with vegans!

B Boyd DMV,
I regret to say, I can't spare any more seeds at this time, because I have to be prepared to replant in case of crop failure due to late frost, deer predation, high water, hailstorm, tornado, grasshopper plague, or armyworms. All of the above have happened in years past.
Because of natural disasters, such as killing frosts and repeated flooding, I've had to replant as many as 5 times in one season, in order to get a crop. If I lose my own seed stock, I have no way to replace it, risking extinction of the strain.

I've used okra seeds instead of BBs in our little Red Ryder, Daisy BB gun before. They work pretty good for running the chickens out of the flower beds.

I am keep getting facinated on heavy hitter okra seeds. I am staying in Mi, and here summer season is very short, so thinking if i get some okra seeds, then i would be happy.

Suryansu,
I wish you could get this seed, but it is essentially depleted for now. I could send you some seed of Stewarts Zeebest, if that would help.

Sorry, I have been out of Heavy Hitter seeds since mid-January. Maybe, next year ...

Another kind soul on here shared a few with me, I'm going to give some to friends and I'd send a few to those guests as well if I could. Given the current rarity it wouldn''t be a lot but better than none. Sign up if you see this, don't be shy

I guess that's probably what I get for putting extra seeds in every pack? Oh well, I'll continue doing that. It just feels wrong not to include extras.

Yeah. I'm doing that with Waltham 29 broccoli this year (or maybe starting them next year and letting them bolt, but that would contribute to an early-bolting variety, yeah?). Not sure about improving the variety but I'll be starting with a maintenance crop to expand for a grow out toward genetic preservation. Then Calabrese. We'll see.
As for beans, I decided not to do a whole buncha varieties since I have limited space. Finally put my thinking cap on and put some beans you sent into the freezer. I see now how stressful it is for me to do so many varieties at once.
I've got the cooper's running beans in an iso spot. I'll do Frank Burnetts in another. Focusing on the Frank's beans.

Everyone is out, friend. My own pods are drying as I type. I didn't even harvest much, but left the pods for seed.
